Congratulations, you're on the list

The Party Girl Book Club reads books that explore the glamorous, chaotic, and often deeply layered lives of women who live for nightlife, adventure, and rebellion. We dive into novels, memoirs, and biographies of iconic socialites, club kids, and rebellious women who embody the spirit of indulgence and independence. Check out our featured books below.

Featured Books

Julia Fox "Down the Drain"

Choosing the first book for the Party Girl Book Club was a no brainer. This is actually the book that inspired me to get back into reading, and in turn was the inspiration behind this club. Luckily for us, briefly dating Kanye West is the LEAST exciting part of Julia’s life. Growing up in Italy and New York City, this book is a wild ride from the start. Julia Fox’s memoir Down The Drain blends fashion, sex, drugs, movie sets, and family drama.

Jennette McCurdy "I'm Glad My Mom Died"

Our second book examines the complexities of the mother and daughter relationship, through an extreme example of co-dependence and blissful ignorance. Just in time for Mother's Day, let's all take a deep dive into the viral phenomenon! Could you think of a more perfect book to read right before Mother's Day?

Britney Spears "The Woman In Me"

You've watched her music videos, you've made up dances to her songs, you've watched her become a woman right before your eyes. Hear her story, told by the woman herself. We celebrate Britney for baring her soul, sharing the tough times among the good, and for exposing Justin Timberlake for who he REALLY is.

Bonus Books

Eve "Who's That Girl?"

If you are up in the early aughts, you DEFINITELY know who Eve is. Rolling the Ruff Ryders, and eventually branching off into acting, Eve tells a story so complex, layered, and vulnerable. She's lived many lives, and learned a lot along the way, and nothing stops her.

Roxane Gay "Bad Feminist"

What is feminism? What has our society become and what is it doing to women? Roxane Gay's collection of essays belongs her because she makes all of us think about things a little different, offering insight into the female mind and making us question the aspects of our reality that we need to question.
